St. Elizabeth Seton School Vision
St. Elizabeth Seton School will provide a vibrant learning environment, where the discipline of the Catholic faith will be integrated throughout the entire curriculum and social structure.   Students of every age are expected to have a working familiarity with Sacred Scripture and an extensive knowledge of the sacraments.  They must be able to articulate the essential beliefs and practices of the Church as an integral part of their classical education and formation.
The curriculum will utilize the highest standards of human and technological resources to achieve superior educational goals.   Core subjects of instruction will be supplemented to include the disciplines of art, music, languages, history, geography, literature, physical education and government.  The full development of body, mind and spirit, also requires extra-curricular programs in the performance arts, speech and athletics to provide an enhanced, well-rounded student experience.  Parents, and the parish community as a whole, will be valued and encouraged to be involved in the education and formation, social and athletic programs of the school.
Instructors and school leadership will be skilled and accredited educators deeply rooted in the faith and committed to the values of the Church.  Professional development will be offered and encouraged for every instructor to provide for the suitable implementation of innovative and research-based strategies and techniques.
St. Elizabeth Seton School will be integrated into the fabric of parish life, providing resources and services to the whole community.   It will be a superior Catholic institution of learning, where students and staff, parents and parishioners continue their spiritual growth and are empowered to lead lives rooted in their faith formation, servant leadership and academic excellence.
