2016 Setonfest - July 28-30


One of the largest Parish (and community) festivals in Hamilton County, this family-oriented 3-day event involves the entire parish and has something for everyone. Hundreds of volunteers help to present the event and food, which includes items such as roasted corn, ribeye steak sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, bratwurst, French fries, walking tacos and ice cream desserts. There is also a Kids Game area and a Bingo Tent as well as such skill games as Golf (Closest to the Pin) and Nickel Pitch.

The Saturday morning Annual 5K Run/Walk, in its ninth year. New this year on Saturday afternoon at 2:00 pm is a Corn Hole Tournament! Sign up by July 27. Email Kurt Tobin at, and he will send you the registration link.  Live music (and seating for over 250) is offered in the Entertainment Tent. In addition, there is a spectacular fireworks extravaganza the last two evenings beginning at dusk, And best of all – The Rides! One of the only festivals in Hamilton County with carnival rides, Setonfest offers three nights of exciting thrills for all ages. The festival is traditionally held during the last week of July and/or the first week of August. The 2019 dates are July 28-30.

Beer Tent

If you have signed up to work in the Beer Tent and need a volunteer bartender permit, please register for the training class which will be held on Sunday, July 17, from 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm, in the Upper Room at church, by calling Bob Land at 294.7784 or email

Raffle Tickets
Mail in your raffle ticket order form or turn in at the SetonFest tables. This year you may stop by the tables to pick up your tickets and put them in the raffle ticket tumbler yourself!  Any ordered tickets that are not picked up will be added to the tumbler on your  behalf. Tickets are still $5 each, 3 for $10 or 18 for $50. The Grand Prize is $2,016, Second Prize is $500, Third Prize is $250, and there are Seven Prizes of $100 each. You must be 18 or older to participate.


This is a great way to advertise your business and/or show your personal/family support. Sponsors will be recognized in The Seton Voice and names of those who contribute $250 or more will be
printed on a large banner that will be displayed at SetonFest. Mail or drop off you sponsor form today!  If you wish to sponsor a tent or event (like the fireworks), please contact Chairman Cheryl Mullins at
