Banner Discipleship in the world

New evangelization for TV adCatholicism, New Evangelization

The Catholic Faith is not about myths or legends, symbols or literary devices. It’s about an encounter so overwhelming that you want to tell the whole world. It is an encounter with Jesus Christ!
Throughout history, the call of Christ has sent people to the corners of the earth with a message of great joy – a message that has built civilizations, inspired cultures, and even sent some believers to prison and others to their graves.

This offering explores the Church’s mission in the world, within the challenge of the contemporary culture.

Strengths logoLiving Your Strengths - Introduction

Are you looking to learn about your God-given talents and how to develop them into strengths? An introduction to Living Your Strengths will be offered in January. Registration is required as you will need to obtain a copy of the Living Your Strength book and complete the strengths assessment prior to the introduction session.

Please look for upcoming announcements in the bulletin, stop by the table in the Commons in mid-December or contact Kristen Swift (Kristen.Swift@seas-carmel.org) for more information.

Living Your Strengths - Small Group

Seven additional sessions will be offered for those who would like to continue learning more about their talents, the StrengthsFinder process and how to develop their strengths. An added bonus is the opportunity to get to know other parishioners and share ideas about how to use your strengths effectively.

You will receive more information about dates, times and location for the small group during registration for the introduction session.
